Sacred Links is a spiritual facilitation service based in Uttarakhand, India. We help Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) and families abroad perform sacred Hindu rituals in Haridwar, Rishikesh, Devprayag, and other holy locations, even if they cannot personally travel to India.
We arrange and perform: Asthi Visarjan (immersion of ashes in Ganga), Pind Daan and Tarpan, Annual Shraddh rituals, Temple offerings / Annadan (food donation), Tree plantation in memory of the departed, Other Vedic ceremonies on request.
Yes. Most countries require: Cremation certificate, Death certificate, Sealed urn with tamperproof packing, In some cases, a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Indian Consulate. Sacred Links provides a step-by-step advisory kit to ensure smooth customs clearance.
We ensure full transparency and maintain a chain of custody to assure you that rituals are performed properly. This includes video/photo proof of urn intake, rituals performed by qualified priests at authentic ghats, a Ritual Completion Certificate with date, place, and priest details, and securely shared photos and videos. Livestream options are also available where connectivity permits.
We are only responsible once ashes are received at our secure intake center. If a courier loses the parcel in transit, it will be handled under courier insurance. We advise clients to always use approved services and ensure the package is insured and trackable.
Yes. We can securely store ashes in our sealed lockers until an auspicious date (muhurat) for immersion. Storage fee applies depending on duration.
Yes. Upon request, we courier sacred Ganga jal and prasad to families abroad. Courier charges are extra and depend on destination country.
Our packages start from $300 (Basic Ritual Package) and go up to $1,200 (Premium Ritual Package). Additional services like pind daan, annual shraddh, or tree plantation are available separately.

Yes. Families are free to make their own donations to temples or trusts. Sacred Links service fees cover logistics, priest honorarium, manpower, and operations. A portion of the fee is also donated to associated ashrams as seva.
If rituals are delayed due to floods, high river currents, or restrictions by authorities, we will reschedule at the earliest possible date and inform the family. Refunds are provided only in rare cases where rituals cannot be performed at all. Kindly go through our Terms & Condition page to know more.
