Welcome to Sacred Links, a spiritual facilitation platform that helps individuals and families across the world reconnect with the sacred traditions of India.
By using this website or availing any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy.

2. Definitions

“Client”, “You”, or “Your” means the individual or entity booking a service through Sacred Links.

“We”, “Us”, or “Our” refers to Sacred Links and its affiliates, staff, priests, or authorized partners.

“Services” include all offerings listed on our website, including but not limited to:

Asthi Visarjan (immersion of ashes)

Pind Daan and Shradh rituals
-
Temple offerings, daan, puja arrangements
-
Livestreaming, photo/video documentation
-
Facilitation of offerings or donations at sacred sites

3. Nature of Services
Sacred Links functions as a ritual facilitation and coordination platform, not a religious institution.
We act as intermediaries to arrange traditional Hindu rituals at sacred locations like Haridwar, Rishikesh, Gaya, and other holy sites in India, through authorized priests and temples.
We ensure:

The rituals are conducted as per Hindu traditions;

The client’s name and gotra are properly invoked during sankalp;
-
Offerings and ashes are handled with utmost sanctity;
-
Digital memories (photos/videos) are shared as proof of completion.

4. Eligibility
You are eligible to use our services if you:

Are at least 18 years old;
-
Are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;

Provide accurate and complete booking details;
-
Use the services in good faith for legitimate religious or memorial purposes.

5. Booking Procedure

Service Selection:
Browse the service options available (Basic, Standard, Custom Packages) and select the ritual you wish to book. -
Submission of Details:
Provide accurate information such as:-
Name(s) of the person(s) for whom rituals are performed;

Gotra and family details;
-
Preferred date and location.
-

Payment:
-
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the ritual.

Payments may be made through credit/debit cards, UPI, or international gateways.

Service fees cover facilitation, coordination, and other arrangements.

Sacred Links is not responsible for shipment from client's location to India, but we can help with the documentation and provide guidance for seamless and safe transportation of Ashes and other belongings.

Confirmation:

A confirmation message will be sent after successful payment.
-
Details of the assigned priest, date, and location will be shared prior to the ritual.

Sacred Links reserves the right to alter ritual timing or priest assignment due to local constraints.

6. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refunds:

6.1 Cancellation Policy
-
Any service may be cancelled up to 15 days before the booked ritual date.
-
A cancellation fee (10–15% of the service amount) will apply to cover administrative and coordination costs.
-
Cancellations within 15 days of the ritual date are non-refundable as arrangements are already initiated.
-
Cancellations must be emailed to info.sacredlinks@gmail.com with booking details.

6.2 Refund Policy

Eligible refunds will be processed within 10-15 working days after receiving a valid request.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the booking.
-
Refunds for international transactions may take longer due to currency conversions and bank procedures.

6.3 Rescheduling

You may request to reschedule your booking up to 15 days before the original date.
-
Rescheduling is subject to priest/temple availability and approval.
-
Administrative charges may apply.

6.4 Force Majeure
Sacred Links shall not be held liable for cancellation or delay due to natural calamities, government restrictions, pandemics, or other events beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer rescheduling or partial refund (deducting actual expenses incurred).

7. Handling and Delivery of Ashes / Ritual Materials

Clients are responsible for safely couriering ashes or materials to our designated facility.

We recommend using registered, insured, and trackable courier services.
-
Sacred Links is not liable for loss, customs issues, or delay during transit.

Once received, ashes are treated as sacred and handled with utmost care until immersion.

8. Donations and Offerings

Donations (daan) and temple offerings made during rituals are passed directly to the authorized temple, priest, or charitable institution.

Sacred Links retains only its service facilitation charge.

Where available, receipts or acknowledgments from the temple/ashram will be shared digitally.

9. Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:

Provide correct and verifiable information;
-
Treat staff, priests, and partners respectfully;
-
Avoid misuse of photographs, videos, or sacred content shared;
-
Not impersonate any person or misrepresent facts for rituals;
-
Not use Sacred Links for commercial or unlawful purposes.
Violation of these responsibilities may result in suspension or denial of future services.

10. Intellectual Property
All website content — including text, images, graphics, icons, logos, and designs — are the exclusive intellectual property of Sacred Links and protected under Indian and international copyright laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any material from this website without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Sacred Links is a service facilitator, not a religious authority.

We make no representations or guarantees regarding spiritual results or perceived blessings.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the booked service.

12. Confidentiality and Data Security
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
All client information is stored securely and used only for service coordination and communication.
We do not sell, trade, or disclose personal data to any third party.

13. Modifications to Services
Sacred Links reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice, especially in case of unavoidable religious, regulatory, or environmental circumstances.

14. Force Majeure Clause
Sacred Links will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations if the delay or failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of nature, floods, fire, strikes, lockdowns, government orders, or communication failures.
In such cases, Sacred Links will make reasonable efforts to either complete the service at a later date or offer a partial refund.

15. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

15.1 Good Faith Resolution
Both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms through direct communication within 30 days of the dispute being raised in writing.

15.2 Mediation
If an amicable resolution is not reached, the matter shall first be referred to mediation, conducted virtually or in Delhi, India, under the guidance of a mutually agreed independent mediator.

15.3 Arbitration
If mediation fails, disputes shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed mutually by both parties.

The seat of arbitration shall be New Delhi, India.

The language of arbitration shall be English.
-
The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
Each party shall bear its own costs for the arbitration proceedings, unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator.

15.4 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Subject to the arbitration clause above, the courts of Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction for all matters arising under these Terms.

16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sacred Links, its founders, partners, priests, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:

Violation of these Terms,

Misuse of services,

False or misleading representations, or
-
Breach of applicable law or third-party rights.

17. Termination
Sacred Links reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website or services at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated any of these Terms or engaged in unlawful or unethical behavior.

18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the client and Sacred Links regarding the services provided, superseding all prior communications, representations, or understandings.
