Service Booking Policy(For Pujas, Rituals & Digital Services)

This Service Booking Policy governs the booking, performance, cancellation, and refund of all spiritual and ritual-based services offered by Sacred Links.

1. Services Covered
This policy applies to, but is not limited to:

Online and offline Vedic pujas and rituals
-
Personalized sankalpa services (names, gotra, lineage details)
-
Live puja access
-
Digital photos and videos of rituals
-
Astrological, ancestral, and remedial rituals
-
Other services as listed on the website

2. Booking & Confirmation
-
A service is considered booked only after successful payment. We recommend scheduling a call with our team before finalizing the booking schedule.

Booking confirmation is shared via email, WhatsApp, or SMS.
-
Details submitted at the time of booking are treated as final.

3. Accuracy of Devotee Details
The devotee is responsible for providing correct:

Names, gotra, and ritual details
-
Preferred date and time
-
Contact information
Sacred Links shall not be responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the devotee.

4. Customisation & Ritual Sanctity

Services are customized and time-bound.
-
Once ritual preparation has commenced, no changes are permitted.

Rituals are conducted strictly as per Vedic and temple traditions.

5. Rescheduling Policy
-
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled ritual.
-
Each booking is eligible for one complimentary reschedule, subject to availability.
-
Additional reschedules may attract extra charges.

6. Cancellation Policy
-
Cancellations are allowed up to 72 hours before the scheduled puja, subject to applicable administrative fees.
-
Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable.
-
No cancellation is permitted once the ritual has commenced.
If Sacred Links cancels a service due to unavoidable circumstances, devotees will be offered rescheduling or a refund, as applicable.

7. Refund Policy (Services)
Refunds may be considered only if:

The service is cancelled by Sacred Links
-
A verified technical failure from our end prevents delivery of the service and re-performance is not feasible
Approved refunds are processed within 10–15 working days to the original payment mode.

Refunds will not be provided for:

Incorrect details submitted by the devotee
-
Change of mind after booking
-
Non-participation during live puja
-
Dissatisfaction based on personal belief or expectations
-
Force majeure delays or disruptions

8. Digital Deliverables

Photos and videos are shared within the communicated timeline.

Once delivered, digital content cannot be revoked, returned, or exchanged.

9. Force Majeure
Sacred Links is not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural calamities, government restrictions, or temple closures.

Product Policy (For Prasad, Physical Ritual Products, or Other Products)
This Product Policy governs the purchase, shipment, return, and replacement of physical products offered by Sacred Links.
1. Products Covered
This policy applies to:

Prasad

Ritual items and offerings
-
Spiritual merchandise or other physical deliverables

2. Order Confirmation

Product orders are confirmed upon successful payment.

Shipping details, once submitted, cannot be modified after dispatch.

3. Dispatch & Delivery

Dispatch timelines are indicative and may vary based on location and logistics partners.

Sacred Links is not responsible for courier delays beyond its control.

4. Return Policy (Products)
Due to the sacred, consumable, and perishable nature of prasad and ritual items, returns are not accepted once the product has been dispatched.

5. Replacement Policy
Replacement may be considered only if:

The product is received in a damaged condition

The wrong product is delivered

Conditions:

Complaints must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

Clear photographs and an unboxing video (where applicable) must be provided

Replacement approval is at the sole discretion of Sacred Links

6. Refund Policy (Products)
Refunds are applicable only if:

The product cannot be replaced after verified damage or error

The order is cancelled by Sacred Links prior to dispatch
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Refunds will not be provided for:

Minor packaging wear during transit
